PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1
General provisions

(1) This Privacy Policy sets forth the manner in which we collect, process and store personal data necessary to provide services electronically through the www.ledpoint.com.pl website (hereinafter: the Service).

(2) The administrator of Users’ personal data is: LedPoint sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Legionów 35, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała (hereinafter: Administrator).

(3) Personal data collected by the Administrator through the website shall be processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as RODO.

§ 2
Information about personal data processing, purpose and basis of data collection

Purpose of processing and legal basis

(1) The data controller processes personal data on the basis of: art. 6 paragraph. 1 (a) RODO – the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specified purposes; here, in order to be able to use the contact form and to be able to use the contact data contained in the form of a representative of LedPoint sp. z o.o.

2. conditions for withdrawal of consent to data processing

The consent given in the contact form can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the implementation of other services. Withdrawal of consent can be done by sending an email to: renata@ledpoint.com.pl
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

3. sharing of personal data

Recipients of personal data may be entities defined by law and entities with which the Data Controller has entered into agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data for the proper performance of its tasks.
Personal data collected through the website is immediately transferred to renata@ledpoint.com.pl, and is not saved and accumulated on the servers of the entities performing the tasks of operating the website.

4 Period of storage of personal data.

Users’ personal data are stored by the Administrator.
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information / inquiry was sent through the form or until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or to the extent necessary to secure own claims or to protect against claims under the provisions of the Civil Code;

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of contacting a representative of LedPoint sp. Ltd. for the purpose of cooperation or until you withdraw your consent. Data obtained from the application form are archived for a period of time in accordance with the law.
Voluntariness of providing personal data.

(5) Provision of personal data is not mandatory, but failure to provide personal data may prevent LedPoint sp. from contacting you. Ltd. to establish cooperation.

§ 3
The right to control, access and correct the content of one’s own data

(1) The data subject has the right of access to the content of his/her personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent. based on the provisions of: art. 15 RODO, Art. 16 RODO, Art. 17 RODO, Art. 18 RODO, Art. 20 RODO, Art. 21 RODO, Art. 7 paragraph. 3 RODO

(2) In a situation where a user claims an entitlement under the above rights, the Administrator shall comply with the request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than one month after receiving it. However, if – due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests – the Administrator is not able to fulfill the request within one month, he will fulfill it within another two months informing the user in advance – within one month of receiving the request – about the intended extension of the deadline and the reasons for it.
3. If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
